New Balance Launch Lille 22/23 Fourth Shirt

Paying homage to Lille’s heritage as the northern powerhouse city within the French textile industry, New Balance dress LOSC out in some fresh threads for the remainder of the 22/23 season, providing the Ligue 1 side with a new fourth kit.

Lille already have a tight triple up in the wardrobe department for the 22/23 season, with their third shirt being a real standout. But now the Ligue 1 side gets a fresh fourth shirt added to their repertoire. The city has a rich heritage as the northern powerhouse within the French textile industry, and New Balance lean on this for the latest kit design with the clean ecru colourway of the kit, which symbolises the colour of raw cotton.

Featured on the shirt is a unique graphic depicting a compass pointing north, finished with LOSC Lille’s iconic red and navy club colours. Detailing on the back neck spelling “nous sommes le nord”, translating to “we are the north”, proudly signs of the design and celebrates the iconic club’s position in the region.

General Manager of New Balance Football, Kenny McCallum said: “We’re thrilled to have created a jersey that odes not only to the prestigious history of LOSC Lille but also recognises the city of Lille’s impact in this famous region, all whilst utilising the latest New Balance innovation.”
